[裸麦果干面包/Fruity Rye Bread]



My girl doesn’t like whole grains bread because of its harder texture and stronger flavor, but this doesn’t stop me from making it. After much trial and error, I finally came up with my very own rye bread recipe that suits the little taste buds. The fruity taste actually gives it a touch of modern bread made from old-style grains :)   Rye (裸麦/黑麦) is a good source of fiber which promotes stronger heart and weight loss . It’s also a better choice than wheat grains for those with diabetes.
